Private Shooting Training
Dial in a repeatable shot with a collegiate three-point record holder (Top-15 nationally in 3PT%). Expect adjustments to stance, sequencing, release timing, arc, and shot selection, then validate changes at game speed with catch-and-shoot and off-the-dribble reps.
Small-Group Training (4–6 players)
The sweet spot for competition + correction. You’ll get individualized feedback while competing in small-sided games that build ball-handling under pressure, decision-making, spacing, and finishing through contact.
Large-Group Training (7–10 players)
High-energy, high-rep workouts that emphasize footwork, conditioning, and situational reads. Great for teammates and friends who want volume reps without losing structure. Perfect for preseason tune-ups and building team chemistry that shows up on game night.
Shooting Groups (4–6 players)
Focused shooting blocks for form, rhythm, and range. We combine footwork progressions (1-2, hop, inside-foot) with game-speed shotmaking scenarios and clear make/miss targets for accountability. You’ll track makes by zone and set weekly goals to lock in a repeatable, game-speed jumper.
Team Clinics (90 minutes)
Bring Forge to your gym. These intensive sessions elevate team skill, spacing, communication, and special situations (ATO, late-game, zone counters). Perfect for youth, middle school, and high school teams looking for a structured boost.
Northshore Sportsplex Clinics (6-week series)
Six weeks of 90-minute classes designed to create efficient scorers. We rebuild shot prep and footwork, then progress to shot creation, finishing packages, and decision-making—all measured with shot charts and simple benchmarks.
Northshore Titans Basketball Academy
Program directed by JC and owned by Charles Tracey. Academy training runs Monday–Thursday, with travel basketball games on weekends. Year-round development plus competitive exposure for motivated athletes. Players receive individualized skill plans, game feedback, and leadership development to accelerate growth.
